When can I register to play softball?

Player registrations open in early December.  Registrations are accepted until mid-April.

Do you have funding options for families who need help paying registration fees?

To enable everyone to have an opportunity to enjoy playing softball, we work with the organizations shown on our funding page who work to provide financial support to families in need of assistance.

Am I able to get a refund on my registration fees?

Refunds will be issued for registrations that are withdrawn in writing to registrar@rgsa.ca prior to April 15.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment of registration fees.

No refunds will be issued for registration withdrawal requests received after April 15, unless accompanied by a medical letter.  Refunds will be pro-rated.

When do the different age groups play?

Please visit our Registration page for a complete list of game days for each age group and division.

Weekday games are typically scheduled to start at 6:30pm for younger players, except for U7 players who will start earlier at 5:30pm.

Occasionally, games may be scheduled to start at 8:30pm for older players.

When and where do teams practice?

Practice times and locations will be arranged by the coach.
