Cat Wheatley was a former Richmond Islander Player who was part of several Richmond Islander teams, especially the 1993B team, and then returned as an assistant coach with the Richmond Islanders 2000B team. She is missed by her 2000 team, other coaches, and the whole of RGSA. Cat’s Family honour her memory by presenting several Scholarships in her name at the annual Cat Wheatley Memorial U19B softball tournament.
